The candidates for Albemarle County sheriff and commonwealth's attorney talked about why they should be elected Thursday night.
Denise
Lunsford, who's running for the top prosecutor spot, said she wants to
clean up the office while Jim Camblos said he wants to focus on crimes
against children.
That's
the same issue sheriff candidate Chip Harding wants to focus on along
with courtroom security. Challenger Larry Claytor says his law
enforcement experience will help him if he's elected sheriff.
The event was sponsored by the League of Women Voters.
